We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Dental Billing & Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure accurate, efficient billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of dental billing, including insurance claims, patient billing, and payment processing.
Verify insurance coverage and ensure accurate claim submission and follow-up.
Monitor accounts receivable and resolve outstanding balances in a timely manner.
Handle patient inquiries regarding billing, insurance, payment plans and co-pays.
Ensure compliance with dental insurance policies, coding standards, and regulations.
Coordinate with front office and clinical teams to maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in dental billing and accounts management.
Strong knowledge of dental insurance processes, CDT coding, and claims procedures.
Proficiency with dental practice management software.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
